3. As for the ratification of decisions of the UGM, our beloved constitution sez in 19.3: "Amendments shall only be accepted which delete parts. Voting at the meeting of Council shall take the form of parts containing the substantive and each amendment." If you wish to make such an amendment, you may propose a procedural motion - (ix) "to take the question in parts. The moves must state exactly how they wish the vote to be taken".
